We had the pest inspection for the purposes of continuous warranty and, also, refilling of the chemicals. Shannon completed this job for us. Very happy with his job. Shannon was very polite and professional. We are having some extra service done next week. Would like Shannon to come and do that as well as we were very happy with his job today.

This review is for the service I received for termite inspection with Brayden F.He is very thorough with his inspection and provides a quality service. Will book for him again next year (will work my schedule for it) to do our inspection and home treatment.

This is our third year with Flick and our third year of exceptional technicians, last year Cohen and Mark Newman, both so good at their job and the friendliest people making such a stressful time easy for us (we do miss Cohen) but are very happy with Mark Newman for the second year,.Thank you to Cohen for his past expertise and Mark this year, I only return to Flick because of the technicians and the lovely organised girl I spoke to on Friday to remind me of the upcoming treatmentThey need a bit of work in their office operators area, blaming everything on a new computer system for months on end is not good enough, with such great technicians and product to keep these people Flick you need to employ office staff that are professional and organised otherwise they will leave like Cohen did sadly.I would definitely recommend Flick and give their operators and product and person I spoke to Friday 5 stars

We have been using Flick for a number of years and all of their technicians have been good.However, today was absolutely next level with Mark. He reached out to text the time he would arrive well in advance, was on time, very thorough with the job, identified potential problem areas and investigated them in more detail. He took the trouble to explain concerns areas and what he was investigating - it was a relief when further investigation revealed that that was nothing serious to worry about.All in all it was a pleasure to engage with Mark. We appreciate his friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness.

Used Flick Newcastle for the first time in September 2025 & was very impressed. The technician Joshua Eden was extremely thorough & particularly paid attention to my 89-year-old mother's concerns. There has been no signs of any pests since the treatment. Not the cheapest service available, however would absolutely recommend.

Had a visit from Mohamad D this Saturday. Mohamad was great. He walked us through the process and the various ways to control our silverfish problem. Highly recommend him!

While I had issues with the booking and scheduling being a mix-up, the staff quickly sorted it out, and Matt and Daniel arrived quickly and were super efficient

We have used this service for residential pest control x2..However this time we have been very disappointed . As without taking our credit card details months before the service date and keeping them on file, they have refused to do the job...they will not allow debit card or cash with a taxable receipt....in australia cash is still legal tender... just right for the hacking...and why would they need my credit details before providing service..... this was wangaratta.

I recently reached out to Flick pest control as the cockroaches and other creepy crawlies in my private rental (due to terrible EX-tenants) were going insane and out of control.Flick sent me the wonderful Johno! Within days of his visit, I saw a tremendous difference.
