He reached out to text the time he would arrive well in advance, was on time, very thorough with the job, identified potential problem areas and investigated them in more detail. He took the trouble to explain concerns areas and what he was investigating - it was a relief when further investigation revealed that that was nothing serious to worry about.All in all it was a pleasure to engage with Mark. We appreciate his friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness.
